We are working with one of the UK's top 50 start-up's to help them hire for a Social Media Manager to join their London team. They are a super successful D2C subscription brand in the personal care space and they are now at the next exciting phase of their growth journey, as they expand internationally.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Social Media & Community Manager to manage and grow their social channels and build a community around the brand!
About the Role:
* Develop and execute a strategic content plan to grow and engage the brand’s social media audience.
* Manage and create compelling content across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels.
* Build and nurture an active community, driving brand advocacy through user-generated content and influencer collaborations.
* Analyse social performance metrics and optimise content for maximum reach and engagement.
* Work closely with leadership to align social strategy with broader marketing and brand objectives.
Essential Skills:
* Proven experience in a social media management role, ideally within consumer goods or e-commerce.
* Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and visual storytelling.
* Ability to use analytics to drive decisions and improve engagement.
* Knowledge of influencer marketing and community-building techniques.
* A passion for sustainability and brand storytelling.
