Challenge-trg are recruiting Class 1 HGV Drivers for our client based in Crewe.
We are recruiting to cover Mon-Fri/Thu-Mon shift patterns for store deliveries and trunking.
Current average shift length of 10-12 hours
Rotas available
Monday to Friday
Thursday to Monday
Rates
Days £18.44
Nights £19.56 if still on shift past 18:00
overtime of £26.56 for a 6th shift in a row - between sun ans sat in the same week
What the HGV Class 1 driver can expect:
Weekly Pay
Guaranteed minimum shift payment of 8 hours
Hourly Pay
24-hour assistance night operation team
The Requirements from the HGV Class 1 Driver
* A full Class 1 HGV Licence held for Min 2 years required
* A valid Drivers CPC Card
* A digital tachograph card
* A full understanding of WTD legislation
* Reliable and excellent time keeping
* Flexible with start times & working days
