A national civil engineering contractor has an opportunity for a HSEQ Manager to join their senior management team in Aberdeen. The HSEQ Manager will ensure the welfare and safety of all employees and sub-contractor staff working under the company's jurisdiction. They will oversee that all work is carried out in full compliance with health, safety, welfare and environmental regulations while ensuring the satisfaction of all contractual requirements. They will be responsible for the maintenance and development of the company's HSEQ Management System as well as upholding and developing the HSEQ reporting systems to demonstrate compliance.
This is an autonomous position reporting into the Managing Director, an experienced and knowledgeable HSEQ professional is required. Applicants are expected to hold a NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, Grad IOSH Membership and full CPD. Applicants who have experience out with civil engineering will also be considered. A full driving license is required.
