About you:
We are seeking a talented B2B marketer to join our global marketing team within the fast-paced Recruitment division. This role focuses on driving lead volume and order intake for products tailored to recruiters and corporate compliance teams. If you have a passion for marketing and sales, this is an exciting opportunity to join Access.
You will quickly dive into running multi-channel demand generation campaigns, driving leads across email, content, webinars, and collaborating with our digital team on paid media and SEO programs. Accountability for metrics and ROI, as well as managing the full funnel (MQLs to win rates), is key. This role suits someone who loves reporting on performance and has a knack for numbers.
As a data-driven problem solver, you’ll challenge the status quo and work at pace to achieve results. You should have a proven track record of driving growth through multi-channel communication and enjoy engaging with both external and internal stakeholders to meet lead performance targets.
Day-to-day, you will:
1. Lead Marketing Pipeline Targets: Own and ensure the successful delivery of marketing pipeline and order intake targets, driving significant quarter-on-quarter growth.
2. Demand and Lead Generation: Manage lead generation activities across various marketing channels in the UK and oversee plans in Australia/New Zealand.
3. Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales to boost sales-sourced lead volume, providing them with necessary content and data.
4. Launch and Refresh Products: Lead the launch of new products and features, and refresh existing portfolio messaging to maximise pipeline and order intake growth.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
1. Proven growth marketer with B2B demand generation experience, skilled in deploying integrated marketing plans and achieving business KPIs.
2. Creative flair for translating software functionality into compelling benefits, with a natural drive to challenge the status quo and make an impact.
3. Digital native experienced in managing digital marketing funnels, using tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics to optimise performance.
4. Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen, capable of developing marketing plans, delivering initiatives, and making ROI-focused recommendations.
