We're looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Product team and help deliver smarter, data-driven solutions for cities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their product management career, with a passion for technology and a desire to make a real impact.
The Opportunity:
As an Associate Product Manager you will have a chance to learn and understand the Product Manager role whilst also supporting the Product team in product analytics. This role requires a team player and a fast learner who wants to pick up a range of responsibilities from driving feature development to supporting business cases to owning product data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse product data, understand market insights and perform desktop research to build business cases for new products.
* Conduct user research and customer interviews to influence the product roadmap.
* Collaborate with technical teams to define requirements for features and support Product Managers in feature releases.
* Work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
About You:
* 1-2 years of technical experience (engineering, data analysis, research), or a relevant undergraduate degree (STEM preferred).
* Strong data manipulation skills and proficiency with tools like Excel, SQL, or data visualisation software.
* Curious individual who is comfortable working independently and has strong teamwork skills, able to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
