We are looking for a passionate Loyalty Manager to help shape Deliveroo’s consumer loyalty strategy. A key company mission is to become a Plus-first business and this role will be central to ensuring the success of this objective. You’ll be responsible for defining and delivering new initiatives that drive long-term customer value and determining how to engage, grow and retain our most valued customers so that Deliveroo is always their go-to brand. It’s a fast-paced, data-driven and highly cross-functional business, so you’ll need to be creative in your approach, commercially savvy and highly collaborative.
What you’ll be doing
* Proposition development : supporting the development of future loyalty propositions and initiatives that are financially viable and sustainable (being creative in how we can both package existing benefits and experiences, as well as developing new ones), in partnership with our Product team. This will include the development, sourcing and scaling of our Plus Diamond exclusive experiences, and improving our Plus Offers proposition.
* Go-to-market : Lead and execute the end-to-end go-to-market strategies for Loyalty proposition initiatives including targeted marketing campaigns and product feature launches at a global level, for our most valuable customers. Identify and engage with key GTM functions that are required to take initiatives to market, including Legal, Customer Care, Product, and Marketing, ensuring target delivery dates are consistently met.
* Stakeholder collaboration : be a key representative of the Loyalty team amongst other marketing and commercial internal teams, ensuring alignment and seamless execution of initiative launches and campaigns.
* Proposition analysis : monitor, analyse and share post-launch performance, providing regular updates and insights to the Loyalty team, local market teams, partners, and the wider business to improve proposition adoption.
What we’re looking for :
* 4+ years experience, ideally in high-growth consumer-facing organisations.
* Experience working in matrixed organisations, ideally global, including working with product and insights teams, leading complex, cross-functional projects.
* Experience analysing data, building dashboards and generating insights that drive decision-making.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Go-getter attitude with a metric-driven approach. Self-motivated, an optimist; someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Why Deliveroo?
Our mission is to be the definitive food company. We are transforming the way the world eats by making food more convenient and accessible. We give people the opportunity to eat what they want, when and where they want it.
We are a technology-driven company at the forefront of the most rapidly expanding industry in the world. We are still a small team, making a very large impact, seeking to answer some of the most interesting questions out there. We move fast, value autonomy and ownership, and we are always looking for new ideas.
Workplace & Diversity
At Deliveroo we know that people are the heart of the business and we prioritise their welfare. We offer a wide range of competitive benefits in areas including health, family, finance, community, convenience, growth, time away, and relocation.
We believe a great workplace is one that represents the world we live in and how beautifully diverse it can be. That means we have no judgement when it comes to any one of the things that make you who you are - your gender, race, sexuality, religion, or a secret aversion to coriander. All you need is a passion for (most) food and a desire to be part of one of the fastest growing startups in an incredibly exciting space.
