About the role: I'm seeking an experienced Senior Pre-construction Manager to lead and oversee the pre-construction phase of office design and build projects. In this role, you will manage feasibility studies, budgeting, risk assessments, and coordinate with design and project teams to ensure successful project planning and execution. You will also liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to align all parties with project goals.
