An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team as a Clerical Officer within Clinical Imaging at Bodmin Community Diagnostic Centre (on site of Bodmin Hospital), providing an efficient Imaging booking service for the Trust. We are a forward-thinking service offering an excellent team environment and development opportunities.
The main duties of the role will be to assign appointments for all Clinical Imaging modalities and be the point of contact for patient cancellations, telephone enquiries and any other duties relating to the booking process, however other duties will include reception and general administration duties. The role will include being based at Bodmin CDC but also attending Royal Cornwall Hospital, Truro for training and cover for sickness if required.
Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills are essential. You will also need to be flexible with a willingness to work rostered evenings and weekends, have an appreciation of the confidential nature of the work and be able to manage a workload to meet pre-determined targets.
