At ClearCourse, we provide cutting-edge POS solutions and integrated payment systems that help businesses in retail and hospitality operate more efficiently. As a Technical Project Consultant, you’ll play a crucial role in software implementation, training, and project coordination, ensuring seamless delivery for our customers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Software Implementation & Support: Assist in delivering and deploying Swan and Epos Bureau products, as well as related software such as Customer Ordering App, FUSE, Swan Mobile, TRIMSm, Omnisend, BalancePay, and Cymba.
* Project Coordination: Support project managers in planning, coordinating, and managing software implementations and customer training sessions.
* Customer Training & Consultation: Deliver engaging training sessions and consultations, helping customers make the most of our software.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction.
* Problem-Solving & Risk Management: Identify potential risks and communicate them to the project team in a timely manner.
* Data & System Management: Assist customers with data setup, software installations, and system configurations based on their business needs.
* Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside Product Managers, Development, Support, and Implementation teams to drive successful project outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
* Organizational Excellence: Strong time management and prioritization skills to keep projects on track.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Technical Understanding: Ability to grasp software solutions and translate customer needs into effective implementations.
* Customer-Centric Approach: Experience working with cross-functional teams and delivering on customer requirements.
* Problem-Solving Mindset: Analytical and practical skills to resolve challenges efficiently.
* Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in software setup, training documentation, and project execution.
* Background in retail, hospitality, or software implementation is a strong advantage.
* Experience in software training, technical support, or implementation.
* Familiarity with financial and operational processes in project environments.
* Prince2 Foundation qualification (or similar project management certification) is a plus.
