Regional Projects Manager – Technical Services Management Consultancy
Location: South of England (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Competitive, circa £75,000 - £90,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Join a growing technical services management consultancy as the Regional Projects Manager, overseeing multiple high-value projects across the South of England.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a dynamic and expanding business. With a strong focus on Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) packages, my client partners with leading main contractors and developers to ensure seamless project delivery from pre-construction to commissioning. While execution is outsourced to specialist subcontractors, they take pride in providing expert support, coordination, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
The Role:
As the Regional Projects Manager, you will:
1. Oversee and support a team of 4 project managers currently managing 8 projects in the South. (Subject to expansion)
2. Act as the primary client liaison, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
3. Ensure successful project delivery, aligning with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
4. Provide expert guidance on M&E packages, resolving challenges from pre-construction to commissioning phases.
5. Drive business development initiatives to grow the organisation’s presence in the South, identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
6. Report directly to senior leadership, contributing to strategic planning and regional growth.
About You:
You will bring:
1. Proven experience in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) project management, with a deep understanding of both mechanical and electrical packages.
2. A track record of delivering high-value projects, ideally exceeding £10m.
3. Previous experience in line management, with a passion for mentoring and developing teams.
4. Exceptional stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
5. A proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and capitalise on business development opportunities.
6. Flexibility to travel across the South of England as needed, balanced by hybrid working options.
