About Us
Covering more trades than anyone else, Aspect is one of London’s largest property maintenance teams. We’re always ready to help no matter what maintenance issue someone has; reactive, remedial, planned maintenance and projects. We do this 24/7.
After more than 15 years of helping thousands of residential and commercial customers every month, we have ambitious plans to expand our business over the next 3 years.
We’re committed to delivering the best possible experience for our customers and believe we can change the perception home and business owners have of finding and working with tradespeople. Our tradespeople and their technical managers are key to our success.
The Role
As the Leak Detection Trade Manager for North West London, you’ll be responsible for training tradespeople in the field to increase the amount of further remedial works won from reactive jobs. You’ll provide support and advice on best practice for sales and customer service as required. You’ll determine which tradespeople require support based on sales figures and provide formal feedback to assist continuous development.
As part of your daily schedule, you’ll need to:
* Attend jobs with tradespeople to provide sales support and training
* Analyse sales performance to identify specific tradespeople who require support
* Assist with creating and proposing quotes and SoW for remedial work and larger-scale projects
* Help to ensure customers’ requirements are met while ensuring tradespeople provide high levels of service
* Help to resolve customer complaints by conducting site visits where required
* Provide performance feedback about tradespeople’s sales performance and development to the Head of Operations
About You
Having extensive experience and qualifications in plumbing and leak detection is essential, with knowledge of damp detection and investigation. You’ll have a minimum of 10-years of experience working in both domestic and commercial properties. You’ll have excellent knowledge of trade regulations and help ensure work is always compliant. You’ll also have relevant H&S training and experience of completing RAMS.
You’ll need to be well organised and have the ability to deal with multiple situations happening concurrently. Be able to plan your time effectively and reliably to deliver, rather than over-promising.
You’ll have a full, clean UK driving licence and you’ll be prepared to drive to jobs, wherever they are in London or the surrounding Home Counties.
We expect you to have excellent communication skills and be used to working as part of multi-discipline teams. You’ll be able to share your knowledge and experience to help develop the skills of others. You’ll also have experience in helping to develop customer relationships.
Experience:
* Plumbing: 5 years (required)
* Team management: 2 years (required)
* Leak Detection: 5 years (required)
