a dynamic and strategic Director of Digital, Insight and Performance to oversee our digital marketing efforts and ensure data-driven decision-making guides our strategy. Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a high-impact digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
2. Establish performance measurement frameworks to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
3. Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing digital marketing, content, and insights team.
You will have extensive experience in digital marketing, content, performance management and data-driven strategy, with a strong track record in leadership roles. You must be proficient in data analytics, campaign management and performance marketing, with expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong leadership and mentoring skills are essential, along with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
