3. Whilst the focus ofthis role is for the candidate to undertakecommercial

Requirements
Thesuccessful candidate will undertake fee earning work in thecommercialconveyancing
department. You willwork closely with the Head of Department to ensure thesuccessful
development of thedepartment in line with the company s businessplan.
As part of your role youwill:
Manage a full caseload ofcommercial conveyancing matters and be ableto
progress the cases from startto finish with minimal day to daysupervision
demonstrating judgmentand independent decisionmaking;
Perform fee earning work accurately reliably and in accordance withthe firms
quality risk managementprocedures ensuring that you manage clientexpectations
throughout;

Ensure proper control of work in progress billing and recovery offees
Have strong organisationalskills with the ability to manage multiple tasksand
work todeadlines;
Have excellentcommunication skills with a clientfocused approach to yourwork;
Be proficient in legalresearch and drafting with the ability to pay attention todetail
and maintain accuracy ofwork;
Assist the Head ofDepartment with management of junior teammembers
Keep up to date withchanges and developments in area of law andensure
compliance with CPDrequirements
