What will you be doing?
As a senior support worker, you will be working 37.5 hrs per week. You will have more responsibilities and tasks to carry out to help the Frontline manager keep the service running smoothly. Alongside your current duties, you will also become involved in the induction of new staff, help with their training and will assist in competency assessments and compliance checks. You will also help encourage, motivate and supervise staff and will be one of the first ports of call for staff if they have any questions, concerns or just need a friend to talk to.
What we are looking for:
* Experience with Health and Safety
* A driver that holds a UK manual licence
* Experience with devising and planning sessions
* Experience in writing Risk Assessments
But please do not worry, you will be given all of the training you need to help you carry out your senior tasks, along with continued support and back up from your manager and your team throughout your time as a senior.
