Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Insignia’s brand objectives and market positioning within the luxury and financial services sectors.
* Brand Management: Oversee the creation and implementation of a consistent brand message across all marketing channels (digital, print, events, PR). Ensure that the brand’s core values of exclusivity, luxury, and personalized service are effectively communicated.
* Digital Marketing Leadership: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM strategies, to attract and engage high-net-worth individuals.
* Campaign Management: Design, implement, and track performance of integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, loyalty, and retention.
* Client Engagement: Collaborate with sales, customer service, and client relationship teams to understand client needs, tailoring marketing strategies that appeal to the elite clientele.
* Event Marketing: Plan and execute high-end, exclusive events to build brand awareness, engage with clients, and generate new business opportunities.
* Market Research & Insights: Conduct competitive analysis and client insights research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the luxury and financial services markets.
* Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resource allocation supports strategic priorities and maximizes ROI.
* Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team. Foster a collaborative and creative working environment to encourage innovation and results-driven performance.
Professional Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on luxury brands or financial services. Proven experience in high-end, personalized marketing initiatives targeted at HNWIs (high-net-worth individuals) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs).
* Education: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA or advanced degree in a related discipline is preferred.
* Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of luxury marketing trends, financial services, and high-net-worth client behaviors. Experience working with exclusive brands in a service-based industry is essential.
* Expertise in digital marketing, social media, CRM tools, and analytics platforms.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
* Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive brand awareness and business growth.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling messaging for elite audiences.
