Your Role:
We're seeking a Customer Team Leader who shares our values and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing your team, ensuring the smooth operation of the store, and contributing to the Co-op's mission to make a positive difference in our communities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Experience: Deliver outstanding customer service, often taking ownership of managing the store and handling challenging situations.
* Team Development: Develop your team's capabilities through coaching and training, promoting an inclusive culture where everyone's voice is valued and respected.
* Store Operations: Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational.
* Store Leadership: Deputise for the Store Manager when necessary, delivering a variety of HR processes.
* Change Management: Lead the way in introducing new products and services, working closely with your team to implement change and encourage open and honest feedback.
* Community Involvement: Build relationships and get involved in your local community, supporting your Store Manager with the delivery of the local Co-op community plan.
