Here at Every Step Recruitment, Sales & Marketing, we are happy to be supporting a growing organisation in Watford who are looking to recruit an Internal Recruitment Consultant / Business Development Executive on a full-time, permanent basis, with the option of working from home 1 x day per week. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Identifying potential Candidates that meet the specific selection criteria who have either applied for a role directly (via Indeed, Company website or Referral) or who you have sourced externally Managing talent pipelines and candidate attraction methods Utilising internal tools/reports to understand recruitment needs Selling in the benefits of working for the Company in an informative and consultative manner Making daily outbound calls to promote the company and the opportunity to work with them Responsible for the onboarding process; ensuring all Application Forms are completed accurately and the necessary supporting documents are provided promptly for compliance purposes Assisting with optimising and improving the recruitment and onboarding processes You will have the following skills & attributes: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant / Business Development Executive Your expertise will include sourcing, engaging, and onboarding techniques Confident making high volume outbound calls on a daily basis Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to quickly build rapport and speak with potential Candidates in an informative and consultative manner Highly organised and excellent attention to detail Strong Microsoft skills (Excel & Word) If you believe you have the required skillset and experience to successfully undertake this position and you would like to hear more, we look forward to receiving your application
