About Our Client
The business is an up-and-coming challenger brand that has become a huge disrupter in their respective category over the last 5 years. They have seen incredible growth (growing from £4m to £29m in 5 years) through investing heavily into their products, their team, and hiring expert leaders to gain traction in new routes to market.
Having recently hired a Head of Compliance to help them launch their products into retail, they are looking to go global with a specific focus on Europe and the Middle East. As such, they are now recruiting a Head of International Sales.
Job Description
As Head of International Sales, you will report directly to the Managing Director and take full responsibility for the international sales division. They are looking to hire an expert who can advise the business on what they need to do and invest in to support the growth of this area.
You will be building this from scratch, with the backing of the business, with a view to hiring a team after 12 months to help further the growth.
The main focus will be Europe and the Middle East, with a mix of direct-to-retail selling, using 3rd party agents and distributors. It will be your job to decide what is best for each market and choose the appropriate partners.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for the following experience:
* Proven track record delivering growth across Europe and/or the Middle East
* Experience in a product manufacturer
* Experience dealing with a mix of agents, distributors, and selling directly to retail
* North/Midlands based - the office is in North West, and especially in your first few months, you will be in the office to learn the category/product mix

Up to £75,000 + car, bonus/commission + package
