We are partnering with a well-established financial advisory business that is expanding rapidly, and they are looking for an experienced Financial Planner to join their team in Staffordshire. This is an exciting chance to work with a firm that boasts a large, high-quality client base and is dedicated to helping its advisors thrive.
What’s on offer:
Competitive Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 (dependent on experience)
On Target Earnings: £100,000+ with performance-based bonuses
Bonus Structure: Based on new business and recurring fees, plus revenue and compliance targets

What we are looking for:
Qualifications: At least CII Level 4 Diploma qualified
Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience advising high-net-worth (HNW) clients
Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A client-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
* Self-motivated, driven, and committed to continuous professional development
Track Record: Proven success as a tied, restricted, or independent financial planner
Personality: A team player who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment
