As a Technical Account Manager, you'll be a key liaison, bridging the gap between customers, software developers, and product management. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients successfully deploy and optimize our products.
* Assist customers in deploying our products in various environments
* Inform and train clients on how to optimally use products to enhance their experience and improve satisfaction.
* Develop a deep understanding of the flexibility and deliverables of our products and services to meet customer requirements.
* Collaborate with software developers to understand product features and provide insights into real-world customer usage.
* Investigate bug reports by attempting to reproduce and diagnose customer issues.
* Liaise with technical product managers to prioritize software development work, championing the customer's perspective.
* Work closely with the Growth team to ensure potential customers maximize the use of product trials.
* Partner with customer-facing teams to support and drive technical sales.
Requirements:
* You have an aptitude for quickly learning new products and technologies, with a focus on understanding their application in customer environments.
* An interest in understanding tech, cyber security and adept at translating complex ideas and processes into digestible information
* Ideally degree educated
* You have the ability to use a logical approach to troubleshoot problems.

* £35k basic salary
