They are currently recruiting for an experienced renewables engineer with extensive Heat Pump experience to join their team permanently.
The Role:
* Candidate must reside in one of the following postcodes to be considered for the position: CT, BN, RH, TN, ME, or DA.
* Servicing, fault finding, and repairs on the manufacturer’s own models of boiler and Heat Pump products.
* No call–out rota.
* Working to KPIs.
* Supporting Field Sales initiatives.
The Package:
* Starting salary: GBP45,721 per annum (dependant on location).
* No out of hours call out.
* Company bonus scheme based on engineer efficiency & overtime paid monthly on top of salary.
* OTE GBP60,000+ per annum.
* Van (with private use) & fuel card.
* Van restocked from home address.
* Sick pay.

The Candidate:
* Must have extensive fault finding and breakdown experience (ideally 2 years experience minimum).
* Good first–time fix rate with excellent diagnostic skills.
* Willing to meet deadlines and work to targets.
* Basic electrical knowledge and experience using a multimeter.
* Hold domestic ACS: CCN1 and CENWAT as a minimum.
* F–Gas Qualification would be beneficial but is not essential.
