Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Fleet Administrator to join our team in Belfast. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of our vehicle fleet operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Vehicle Management: Coordinate the acquisition, registration, and disposal of fleet vehicles. Maintain accurate records of vehicle details, including registration, insurance, and maintenance schedules. Compliance: Ensure all fleet activities comply with legal regulations and company policies. Monitor and manage vehicle insurance, MOTs, and tax renewals. Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and track regular vehicle maintenance and servicing. Liaise with service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs. Driver Support: Assist drivers with vehicle-related inquiries, arrange vehicle deliveries and collections, and manage driver documentation. Data Management: Maintain and update fleet management systems with accurate information. Generate reports on fleet performance, costs, and utilisation. Cost Control: Monitor and analyse fleet expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Qualifications: Proven experience in fleet administration or a related administrative role. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with fleet management software. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and legal requirements related to fleet operations. Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively. Desirable: Familiarity with the automotive leasing industry. Experience working within a customer-focused environment.
