The Role:
• Processing orders
• Handling incoming enquiries
• Checking customer orders
• Minimal complaints management
• Sample requests.
• Raising purchase orders
• Liaising with production/estimating/accounts & design department
• Responding to customer queries.
• Account management
• Running reports
• Working Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm
