Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Coordinator to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery to our customers. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve inquiries, process orders, and provide a first:class service that aligns with Millers Oils reputation for excellence.
Your role at a glance:
* Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and post, providing accurate product information and resolving issues promptly
* Process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products.
* Liaise with various departments (sales, logistics, and technical support) to ensure seamless order processing and delivery
* Monitor and track orders to ensure they are delivered on time and in full, keeping customers fully informed on progress and any problems/delays
* Raise complaint investigations, identifying where possible, route causes to ensure thorough and detailed logging of the complaint, supporting internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
* Maintain customer records and update internal databases to ensure accuracy
* Liaise with Credit Control as necessary to assist in the resolution of customer queries and timely payment by the customer
* Responsible for ensuring pro forma invoices are paid within 48 hours of being raised or moved to quote
* Contact customers with collection orders within 24 hours of product being reserved
* Raise complaint investigations, identifying where possible, route causes to ensure thorough and detailed logging of the complaint, supporting internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
* Carry out daily customer satisfaction calls
* Continuously build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
* Contribute to team improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance customer service processes
What were looking for:
* Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within a fast:paced, environment
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with a customer:first attitude
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
* Knowledge of the automotive or lubricant industry is a plus but not required
* Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
* A proactive approach to problem:solving and attention to detail
