What will you be doing?
We're seeking a talented individual to join our Reward team in London who will support the benefits and reward team in shaping the reward programmes and HR projects which support the attraction, retention and motivation of individuals across S&W. The individual will work closely with the Head of Reward and also the Benefits & Reward Business Partner with the day-to-day delivery of benefit, pension and reward related processes.
Qualifications
As Reward Analyst, your responsibilities will include among others
* Support with financial analysis, modelling and process management on various matters associated with an employee's total compensation including salary review, benefits and bonus schemes.
* Support the effective implementation of Reward change management initiatives.
* Support the delivery of the annual pay review.
* Support with market surveys and appropriate regulatory returns, such as Gender Pay Gap Reporting.
* Support the Senior Reward Analyst and Head of Reward with budget tracking activities.
* Support the wider HR team by providing analysis when required.
* Business as usual administration support of employee benefits and pensions.
* Aiding the Benefits & Reward Specialist with the annual benefits review project and the collation and interrogation of employee data.
To be successful in this role, you should
* Strong analytical, numerical and modelling skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Analytical and numerical reasoning skills.
* Previous HR and Reward experience or knowledge is desirable.
* Ability to learn core Reward terminology and best practice.
* Ability to work at pace and deliver against established personal and team targets.
* Resilient, adaptable, approachable and confident.
* Good eye for detail essential.
* Highly articulate with excellent written and verbal skills.
Professional Qualifications and Education
* Degree-level educated preferable but not essential
