Join our Customer Service team as a key player! You'll manage customer and broker inquiries from onboarding to end of lease, ensuring exceptional service that exceeds expectations. Deliver within SLAs, governance, and compliance while being an ambassador for our values.

What will your day look like?
Reporting to the Asset Finance Customer Service Team Leader, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment. This includes handling customer inquiries, managing invoices, HPI queries, and settlement quotes. You'll also ensure compliance with ID&V, KYC, and Risk policies while resolving complaints effectively. With a focus on driving change and staying competitive, you'll play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and minimising business risks.
What do we expect from you?
* Experienced in Customer Service, adhering to processes, SLAs, and excelling in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
* Strong skills in communication, organisation, problem-solving, and time management, with attention to detail and the ability to manage workload independently.
* Knowledgeable in Asset Finance and experienced in regulated banking or financial services.
* Passionate about delivering excellent customer service, with the ability to handle difficult situations and prioritise effectively.
* Educated to degree level (or equivalent), with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; A-Level qualifications or 5 years of work experience are desirable.
