Job Description
Our client is a franchised dealer, who are looking to appoint an experienced Fleet Sales Manager to join their busy and successful team.
Working Hours:
8:30-6:00pm 5 Days per week Monday – Saturday with one 7pm finish on rota.
Fleet Sales Manager Role:
1. Driving the performance of the Fleet department to achieve manufacturer and business volume objectives
2. Controlling profit targets, departmental expenses and monitoring trends and reacting accordingly
3. Responsible for maximising the sales and profitability of the department
4. Customer satisfaction and retention is a vital focus for the position
As a Fleet Sales Manager:
5. You must be in a Sales / General Sales Manager role
6. Have a passion for success and achieving your objectives
7. Be organised individual who can prioritise workload effectively
8. Have experience of effectively managing, coaching, motivating and developing the sales team to ensure that industry-leading performance standards are evident throughout the department
9. Be an excellent communicator at all levels who is assertive, professional and dynamic
10. Possess excellent customer service skills
