Our client, based in Sunderland, provides high-quality care and support services to vulnerable individuals across the city. They are currently looking for dedicated Support Workers to join their team on a temporary basis to provide essential day services to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex health needs. This is a temporary role to start ASAP.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will work as part of a team, delivering person-centred care to adults, helping them to live as independently as possible. You will provide practical and emotional support, assisting with daily living activities, including personal care, meal assistance, mobility, and developing daily living skills. Additionally, you will contribute to and help maintain care plans, ensuring that all customers are involved in their care.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you’ll be making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults. You’ll be working in a supportive and friendly environment alongside a professional team of colleagues.
