Female Support Worker
Location: Hartlepool, TS24
Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Relief Positions Available, including sleep ins
Salary: £12ph
About the Role:
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Female Support Workers to join our team in the TS24 area. You will be supporting three lovely ladies and two gentlemen who enjoy living life to the fullest!
From holidays abroad to shopping, theatre trips, cinema outings, bowling, and spending quality time with friends and family, you'll play a key role in making every day meaningful and enjoyable.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide full personal care, ensuring dignity and respect.
- Assist with moving and handling, including the use of hoisting equipment.
- Support individuals with their daily routines, activities, and hobbies.
- Foster meaningful relationships and support them in maintaining connections with family and friends.
- Participate in shifts that include day shifts (short and long), night shifts, sleepovers, and on-call duties.
Shift Times:
Day shifts: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Night shifts and sleepovers as required.
