The Opportunity:
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of SME Account Handlers, providing guidance, support, and expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality service to various clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of insurance specialists, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for insurance inquiries, utilising your expertise to resolve issues effectively.
3. Develop and implement strategies to optimise team performance and achieve business objectives.
4. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and share knowledge with team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
5. Maintain a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What's needed for me to be considered?
1. Ideally from a team leader/manager/supervisor background.
2. Worked within commercial insurance.
3. Management experience.
4. They will consider senior Account Handlers looking to take a step up into a team leader position.
