I am looking for personal care for a Man
Drivers licence required: Yes
Hours per week:
6 hours a week on a Sunday (probably 10:00-16:00, but can be flexible)
Increased to 24 hours a week during school holidays (four 6-hour days)
4 extra hours a month, to be used flexibly, for example to support to health appointments ifneeded.
We can discuss further at interview.
Hourly pay rate:
£14.00 per hour

When I am not feeling too good, I like to wind down and be chilled and watch movies and my needs will need to bemet.
I love my shower and pamper time. I take pride in my appearance.
I love to play role play; it makes me happy. My Mumma set the bar for that, so I hope you like being silly.
I have lots of needs as I can’t do things by myself.
I’m always happy if I’m not there is something wrong, positive, and happy is my way.

Personal grooming
Eating and drinking assistance
Moving and handling
Clinical tasks
Other relevant duties as required
Administration
Transportation
Companionship
Dressing / undressing
Bathroom assistance
Taking me out in the community.
Managing of epilepsy/seizures.
Feeding through gastrostomy button.
Cleaning gastrostomy button.
Frequent repositioning in wheelchair.
Emotional support when distressed or self-harming.
Constant supervision to mitigate risks.
Occasionally accompanying me and my mum to appointments.
