Customer Services Team Leader Daventry (Car driver essential) £33,000 - £35,000 per annum – plus annual bonus Permanent Purpose of Role: To support and manage a small team within Customer Service to ensure that customers receive an exceptional service. Duties: • Overseeing a team of Customer Services Administrators • Training/Onboarding of staff • Responsible for overseeing the order processing - ensuring equipment is delivered in a timely and accurate manner. • Managing escalation of queries, more complex issues and complaints. • To resolve challenges for customers. • Finalisation of projects working with the Sales Team. • Adhering to company processes and procedures. • Develop good working relationships with Sales, Logistics and Accounts Departments • Build excellent relationships with customers. • Conduct staff appraisals for development. • Working with the Senior Management Team. • Experience: • Previous Team Leader/Supervisory skills. • Previous experience managing a team. • Knowledge of CRM systems. • Good knowledge of MS Excel. • Strong Administration and Customer Service skills • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to multi-task and work within a fast paced/ever changing environment. • Ability to motivate a team.
