CMA HR Division are currently working with a global organisation based near Poole, Dorset to recruit a HR Manager in a growing organisation with a supportive and flexible working culture.
The HR Manager will be responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service which ensures that managers and employees are equipped with best practice to foster a high-performance culture.
What will HR Manager role involve?
* Drive the people agenda for the group and UK site
* Develop and implement policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures, and absence management
* Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
* Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
* Support the recruitment process – write job descriptions to attract quality candidates, prepare interview questions and application forms etc.
* Ad hoc HR projects
* Be a business partner to the CEO & CFO for administration tasks
