We are seeking a Strategic Account Director to join our dynamic Global Travel Team. This role reports to our GM of Travel and is pivotal to our mission to drive growth and scale through our partner channels.
The ideal candidate will have around 10 years of experience in Strategic Account Management (preferably in channel/partner model) within the travel and/or payment industry and be expected to:
* Execute our GTM channel sales strategy, focused on proactive sell-thru motions for both new and existing partners.
* Identify and drive momentum behind new business opportunities to expand our product and service offerings.
* Become an expert in the Conferma product suite with a focus on value creation for both partners and end corporate users.
* Provide accurate forecasting through strong pipeline management and sales conversion methodologies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve operational efficiencies while also advocating for your customers.
* Influence Product roadmap by being a Voice of the Customer within Conferma - clearly articulating desired use cases, focusing on the “why”, whilst considering the potential return on investment and associated opportunity cost.
