A Receptionist is a vital part of the Crowne Plaza London Gatwick Airport hotel's team ensuring exceptional customer service Primary responsibilities include meeting and greeting guests, checking them in and out, accurately inputting guests’ data, assisting guests with their needs during their stay, taking payments, answering incoming calls, adjusting reservations if need be and effectively handling complaints. Personal qualities Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests Good standard of education, and technology competent Previous experience of working within a hospitality environment, or similar role would be desirable Able to lead by example in terms of living the values, customer service, and teamworking ensuring a positive and can-do solution focused attitude.
