Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Fast-Growing SaaS Company Loughton, Essex (Easily accessible via Central Line & Chingford Line)

The Role: As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for our sales team. You'll work closely with our Account Executives to build our sales pipeline and contribute to our company's rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
* Qualify leads and schedule demos with decision-makers
* Research prospects and companies to personalize outreach
* Maintain accurate records in our CRM system (HubSpot)
* Hit and exceed monthly qualification and meeting booking targets
* Collaborate with the wider sales team to refine our approach

* Resilient attitude and ability to handle objections
* Good organizational skills and attention to detail
* Tech-savvy with experience using social media professionally
* Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential – we value attitude over experience
