Closing Date – Applications close Friday 14 th February at 5pm A bank with a little more heart We’re looking for a Lead Digital Analyst to join our Digital Insights team at Tesco Bank, part of Barclays Bank UK Plc. This exciting role will report to the Digital Insights Manager and form part a team of Digital Analysts who work closely with Product Owners, UX Designers to analyse data, identify insights and opportunities to develop exceptional digital customer experiences that deliver customer and business value. What you’ll be doing Data analysis and interpretation: Analyse website and app usage, users behaviour, and conversion rates to derive actionable insights. Interpret data to inform decision-making and optimise digital journeys for both acquisition and customer experience. Reporting and visualisation: Create and deliver regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends. Use data visualisation tools to present complex data in an understandable and accessible manner. Performance optimisation: proactively identify opportunities for improving website performance, user experience, and conversion rates. Strong collaboration with the CX Optimisation team to recommend and support data-driven A/B testing, multivariate testing and personalisation, and to evaluate the effectiveness of changes and enhancements. Collaboration and communication: Work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to align analytics with overall business objectives. Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Data Governance: support the management and documentation of digital data quality, accuracy, consistency and thoroughness. Mentoring: assist the other Digital Analysts through insights presentation peer reviews and knowledge share. We need you to have Extensive Digital Analytics experience, focussed on customer journeys and website behaviour, working with an enterprise platform, preferably Adobe Analytics. Strong communications skills, with an ability to tailor insights narratives to a range of audiences across the business, including executive level. A relentless customer focus, ensuring our Digital Analytics supports the development of exceptional digital customer experiences that deliver customer and business value. Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced organisation, prioritising individual and team backlogs on activities that add most value. Experience working with Ensighten Tag Management System, or similar tag management solution, involving familiarity with implementation plans and ability to debug digital tagging. And if you have any of these, even better Experience working with A/B and multivariate testing platform. Experience in CRO and Personalisation. Experience working in an agile change environment. Experience working with marketing technologies (Google, Meta etc.) and with HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
