FRENCH SELECTION (FS)
Position: German speaking Inside Sales Representative
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: up to £34,000 OTE
Ref: 798KM1
The Company: A leading global designer and manufacturer with headquarters in the UK and offices across the US, South Africa, Australia, China, and Germany, providing product support and efficient delivery to a worldwide distribution network.
Main Duties:
1. Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, building and maintaining customer relationships.
2. Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
3. Provide sales support while maintaining accurate CRM records.
The Role:
1. Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to support and expand dealer relationships.
2. Manage existing and potential customer portfolios, driving new business opportunities.
3. Provide sales support to business development and external sales teams.
4. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
5. Generate leads and maintain a sales pipeline via CRM.
6. Submit sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
7. Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product catalogue.
The Candidate:
1. Fluent in German (written and spoken).
2. Additional fluency in French, Spanish or Italian would be advantageous.
3. Experience in inside sales or a call centre environment.
4. Hunter mentality with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
6. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
7. Scale industry experience and bilingual abilities are a plus.
The Salary: up to £30,000 pa + £4,000 Bonus
