About the role
We’re excited to be looking for an Administration Leader to join our External Quality Assurance team.
The External Quality Assurance team is responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of the assessment processes of all NCFE and CACHE qualifications, both in-house and at our approved centres. We work with a number of teams during the assessment process supporting the development and design of assessment through to the delivery and examination stages.
You’ll work within the External Quality Assurance (EQA) department who is responsible for managing a team of Quality Assurance Administrators (QAAs) who carry out daily tasks to ensure NCFE’s new centre approvals, additional product approvals, allocations and national training event processes are carried out appropriately and in line with company Service Level Agreements.
How you’ll make an impact:
* Responsible for the line management, including performance management, of a team of QAAs
* Responsible for efficient delivery of external quality assurance activity including recruitment, training, and ongoing development of QAAs
* Accountable for providing administrative support to the External Quality Assurance team as appropriate to ensure effective delivery of new centre and additional product approvals, EQA allocations and events
* Accountable for resolving queries/complaints, providing recommendations to address any identified issues or improve processes, and providing root cause analysis on customer issues when required
* Accountable for completion of own and team workload through accurate forecasting and efficient delivery of QA processes to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service along with meeting internal and external timescales

* Experience of line management or supervising others including performance management and coaching
* Competent to present findings and provide justified recommendations to a high standard of accuracy
* Ability to work in challenging circumstances
* Capable of working with a variety of stakeholders at different levels and be confident negotiating and influencing others
* Able to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines
