Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 basic + uncapped OTE (£40k+)

We work with companies across furniture, automotive, fashion, and more, helping them increase engagement, reduce returns, and boost sales through interactive 3D visualisation. As we scale, we are looking for a driven and ambitious SDR to play a crucial role in our growth journey.
The Role
We are hiring our Founding SDR, a pivotal role working directly alongside our Founder & CEO to enhance our sales and outreach strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to shape the sales function of a rapidly growing startup, with huge potential for career progression into a leadership role as we scale. You will have the autonomy to build and refine our sales processes while developing a deep understanding of our innovative 3D visualisation technology.
What You'll Do
* Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and build a pipeline of potential customers, focusing on B2B brands that would benefit from 3D product configuration solutions.
* Outreach & Engagement: Proactively reach out via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, sparking conversations with decision-makers.
* Qualify Leads: Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and book product demos for the sales team.
* Sales Process Optimization: Work closely with the Founder to refine and enhance our outbound sales strategy.
* Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movements to refine outreach strategies.
* CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach, pipeline, and client interactions in our CRM system.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns and optimise messaging.
* Experiment & Innovate: Test different sales tactics, iterate on outreach scripts, and develop new approaches to improve conversion rates.
What We're Looking For
* 1+ year in tech sales (B2B preferred), ideally in a startup environment.
* A proven track record of generating leads and booking meetings.
* Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with senior decision-makers.
* A self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for emerging technologies like 3D visualisation, AR, and VR.
* Resilience, adaptability, and a drive to exceed targets.
* A proactive attitude and an eagerness to experiment, learn, and grow within the role.
