Due to the continued success and expansion of Magdalene we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMO Support Analyst to join our team. The role is to work in a satellite capacity within a specific programme and to act as the conduit between the Programme team and the PMO office. This is a hybrid working role with the post holder working from home and occasionally visiting a local Magdalene office. Who are we? What will you be doing? The PMO Support Analyst will work closely with the PMO Manager within a designated Programme. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Review adoption of the processes, standards, and templates, identifying gaps and actions for programme compliance. Ensure collation, version control, and proper storage of all PMO artefacts. Track and follow up on upcoming milestones and programme tasks. Actively track and facilitate the Programme RAID log for completeness and QA content Actively QA check Programme output ahead of submission to the customer. Maintain the quality of reports and presentations for the Programme, ensuring accuracy and meeting required timescales. Collaborate with Programme and Project delivery teams, offering guidance to ensure adherence to the Governance Framework as it develops. Manage resource demand by tracking and reporting demand and assignment for the programme, addressing shortfalls or conflicts. Proactively identify opportunities for improvements and optimisation of PMO processes and practices. Support PMO peer group through knowledge-sharing. Provide support for reporting at the programme level, conducting analytics to identify issues, trends, gaps, and necessary improvements. Administer tools used in PMO. Attend and support when required regular programme reviews. Complete audit actions as required. Facilitate post-project reviews, capturing lessons learned and implementing continuous improvements across the delivery communities. This role fits within Magdalene’s Optel team and will work collaboratively with the PMO and Programme team. What will your key responsibilities be? Tracking Milestones and Deliverables: Monitoring progress against key milestones and deliverables, identifying potential delays, and working with project managers to address issues proactively. Internal and External Communications: Facilitating effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring timely updates and addressing inquiries. Monitoring Progress and Delays: Continuously tracking project progress, identifying potential risks or delays, and working with project teams to develop mitigation plans.
