Role Overview: 3search are seeking a talented and highly motivated Bid Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team. In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and coordinating the end-to-end bid process for various projects related to energy efficiency and net zero solutions. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the bid process from initial tender invitation to submission, ensuring all deadlines are met. Work closely with cross-functional teams (technical, commercial, legal) to gather relevant information for bid submissions. Develop and maintain a bid timeline, ensuring that all necessary actions are completed on schedule. Assist in the preparation of tender documents, including proposals, presentations, and technical documentation. Ensure all bid submissions are compliant with client requirements and regulations. Provide administrative support to the bid management team, including tracking and reporting on bid progress. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary data and insights for proposals. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support the development of winning bids. Monitor and evaluate bid outcomes to continuously improve processes and strategies. Key Requirements: Proven experience in a bid coordination or similar role, ideally within the technical, engineering, or energy services sectors. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to present complex information clearly. A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and bid management software. A passion for sustainability and a keen interest in the energy transition and net zero solutions. Desirable: Experience in the energy, technical services, or construction industries.
