We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Financial Cloud Architect with proven experience in implementing the Claim Management module. This opportunity is for 6 months (potential extension).
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and a deep understanding of financial services processes, particularly in claims management, to help our clients achieve their business objectives.
The Solution Architect is a lead player in an exciting, customer interfacing role that combines technical and client relationship skills to successfully implement our clients’ products. The Solution Architect provides technical leadership for the project team, leading requirement development sessions and designing solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation of the Claim Management module, ensuring best practices and methodologies are followed
* Lead a discovery with business stakeholders and conduct workshops to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and projected build estimations.
* Design and implement scalable and secure Salesforce Financial Cloud solutions that meet client requirements.
* Lead Asperii build team from the technical perspective to ensure successful implementations.
* Provide business and technical support to the customer during the implementation phase
* Provide technical training to the customer technical staff
* Provide support to the customer during the testing and go-live phases to ensure a successful deployment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with a focus on Financial Services Cloud.
* In-depth knowledge of the Claim Management module within Salesforce.
* Strong understanding of financial services processes and compliance requirements.
* Salesforce Architect Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
