The role of our Senior Finance Analyst can be based remotely within the UK, ideally with the option to visit one of our Sherwin-Williams offices (Bolton, Sheffield or Witney) when needed and for Hybrid working. This role also involves travel within EMEAI. In this role you will be responsible for Supporting BU PF&A team to assist consolidation on monthly forecast/flash & commentary. Finance/Commercial support to BU through Slide Deck preparation & other Adhoc analysis. Completion of relevant BU team Incentive plan/results & co-ordination with Comp & Benefits team. Agreement/accountability of forecast/actual accuracy and commentary. Delivery of rolling forecast and budget (of Group spend Marketing/R&D) Loading of Forecasts to One-Stream. Standardization and delivery of Territory Performance reporting. Support People Planning (through Group/Marketing/R&D employees) and ensure that process results in accurate Budget/Actual reporting Delivery of the budget/Operating Plan (including People Planning) to leverage accurate Business Incentives/Compensation. The skills and experience you will ideally have CIMA or ACCA or Masters degree (preferred) Advantage to have 5 years of experience working with Oracle ERP accounting Prior stakeholder management experience Prior experience working in a global business environment Can communicate financials and related issues in clear business language. Ability to work constructively at all organizational levels, from plant operators to senior executives. Drive and assertiveness to achieve work deadline and performance goals.
