What you will do in your working day
* First point of contact for all visitors and callers
* Organise, prepare, and ensure postage for payment claim forms on behalf of clients
* Create all the relevant files for newly onboarded clients as well as for renewal awards
* Continuously update Work Flow Max
* Help with the input of support worker timesheets to support the finance team, where applicable raising queries with client welfare
* Data input and other ad hoc needs for newly onboarded clients
* General admin including filing, printing, form-filling etc.
* Social Media, Marketing
* Admin support to the Business Manager and Director
* Any other ad hoc admin duties

* Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard
* All training will be delivered in the workplace
