Main duties of the job Role Description This is a full-time role for a Clinical Pharmacist with GP experience, to bring their expertise and innovation to the team at Lower Broughton Health Centre located in Salford. The Clinical Pharmacist will work as a core part of our team. Reduce inappropriate poly-pharmacy and wasteful prescribing through clinical medication reviews.
