About the opportunity The Position Management team in TCS is seeking an attentive Position Management Officer to support in the coordination and ongoing administration of position management services for the university. In this role, you will utilise your customer focused approach to ensure the timely resolution of enquiries from staff and other agencies. Your analytical skills and experience working with business systems will be key in effectively providing solutions to a diversified range of internal and external clients at the university. You will maintain data integrity in the new systems and will contribute to the team by sharing your ideas around identifying process improvement opportunities. Your key responsibilities will be to: support managers and staff at the university to accurately use position management in Workday review exception reports and notifications to adjust position anomalies in Workday as they arise create new positions and execute amendments to position details and supervisory organisations collate and prepare files for bulk uploads including mass position creation and updates respond to cases using ServiceNow create job profiles in Workday relating to change plans. About you strong experience in performing multiple administrative and database management tasks across a complex organisation an elevated level of accuracy and attention to details high-level computer literacy with experience working on enterprise systems a solutions-oriented approach to delivering exceptional customer service Strong and effective communication skills.
