We are recruiting on behalf of a local company in search of a highly organised and proactive Office Manager/Team Leader to support the overall team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and is eager to expand their skill set with diverse responsibilities in HR, office management, and IT.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
2. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
3. Handle confidential information with discretion.
4. Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
5. Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation.
6. Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
7. Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and functioning.
8. Coordinate office events and meetings.
Requirements:
1. Have excellent IT skills (especially Excel) and be able to solve general IT issues.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT troubleshooting.
5. Experience in HR and office management.
6. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
