You will support young people aged 11 - 17 with additional needs. This role offers the opportunity to work in small class settings, using creative and flexible teaching approaches to help students re-engage with education, develop confidence and achieve their goals. About the role: As a Science Teacher, you will deliver engaging and tailored lessons that help students develop a love for science whilst overcoming barriers to learning. You will play a key role in: Creating bespoke learning plans that cater to individual student needs Building strong relationships to foster trust and confidence Promoting student wellbeing ensuring a supportive and nurturing learning environment Preparing students for the future, equipping them with skills for life beyond school Using a range of innovative teaching approaches, including personalised interventions, small group learning and one-to-one mentorship, you will ensure each student receives the support they need to thrive. About you: We are looking for a dedicated and flexible Science Teacher who is committed to supporting young people with additional needs.
