Office Angels are proud to be working with this small family run business in their search for an Office Administrator to support the team. This is a varied position where you will receive full training and support. For the right candidate there could be career progression and a permanent role on offer.
You will be based in offices close to Ashford town centre with free parking on site, however they are also within easy reach of Ashford International train station.
The day to day duties in your new job could be:
* Answering inbound calls to the office
* Logging customer enquiries onto Excel
* Purchase Ledger (training provided)
* Liaising with the team regarding updates for customers
* Raising purchase orders
* Updating reports and documents
* Arranging travel and accommodation for the team
* General administration such as printing documents, filing, post duties
